Currently progressing through the IDA (International Detailing Association) and IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) credentialing pathways. Every protocol used in the field is documented in K&M’s internal SOP library.
Jen Weaver
Operations & CommunicationsJen manages client communications, scheduling, and the operational systems that keep service consistent. She is the first point of contact for new clients and oversees the quality assurance step on every completed job. The pairing of a Lead Detailer and an Operations partner is what makes the concierge model possible at the standard we hold.

Phoenix EOD Kronos Certified
Ceramic coating application certified through Phoenix EOD Kronos training program.
Business Liability Insured
Full commercial liability insurance carried at all times. Documentation available on request.
IDA Certified Detailer
International Detailing Association certification — the industry standard for professional detailing competence. Phase I exam preparation underway.
IICRC Pathway
Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification pathway: TCST → WRT → OCT → AMRT. Required for full mold remediation scope.
OSHA Exposure Control Plan
Documented bloodborne pathogen and biohazard exposure control plan. Required before paid biohazard remediation work commences.
B Corporation Certification
Target application: Q3 2027. Verified social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.

Project Clean Slate
K&M donates remediation and full valet services to victims of domestic violence, tragedy, and community crisis through our Project Clean Slate initiative. The work is done in partnership with local shelters and non-profits. A neglected vehicle is often a symptom of a chaotic life — we are the remedy, not the judge. Clean Slate cases are handled with complete confidentiality.
